I recall seeing the same cartoon - an anti-Bush Cheney cartoon with the fat war exec in the background. It was Bush who bailed out Wall St, not Obama. Cheney sitting in the back, making war profits. Yeah, lets go with the GOP vision - privatize social security, defund public education, gut environmental laws...turn the clock back to 1900 when wealthy robber barons ran America like czars.
